Key Responsibilities:

- Manage campaign budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct extensive keyword research and selection to build effective PPC campaigns.
- Create, expand, and optimize keyword lists to improve campaign relevance and performance.
- Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and speaks to the target audience.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing ad creatives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
- Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Implement tracking codes and pixels for accurate attribution.
- Generate regular reports on PPC performance, including key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
- Manage PPC advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Deep understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Proficiency in keyword research, campaign setup, and bid management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret PPC metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
